Sporcizia , odore nauseabondo e personale scortese… Per di più materie prime scadenti date anche a bambini a pranzo…siamo stati male!!! Evitate questo negozio che professa materiale caseario artigianale ma senza nessuna pulizia. VERGOGNATEVI SOLO A STARE APERTI. I put a star because I can not put less .. Dirt, nauseating smell and unfriendly staff ... What's more, poor raw materials also given to children for lunch… we were sick !!! Solo per questo non tornerò mai più a comprare nulla. Parliamo adesso dei prodotti che a loro volta dicono di essere artigianali ma nulla hanno a che fare con L artigianato , scadenti e un locale talmente sporco al limite delle norme igieniche. Negli anni, cn il titolare, si era creato un rapporto di confode za, scambiandoci saluti anche fuori dalla sua attivitá. Qualche mese fa, mi trovo davanti ad una scena surreale, tanto da credere di essere su "Scherzi a Parte". Compro prodotti per 7 € e pago con una banconota da 20. Il ragazzo mi ringrazia e mi restituisce 3 € in monete, per il resto. Faccio presente l'errore e il ragazzo (nuovo, ai primi giorni di lavoro), mi chiede di attendere e va a contattatare il titolare nel laboratorio. Lo "scherzo" inizia in questo momento: esce, mi guarda, esclama "non VI state ricordando? " e alza lo sguardo al cielo, in direzione della videocamera di sorveglianza (primo triste presagio, ma non mi poteva parer vero). Mi chiede di attendere, ritorna con un' enorme scala e si AVVICINA veramente alla videocamera. Si scusa per l'attesa, gli dico che non c'è problema (avendo la coscienza pulita), controlla e mi conferma che sono una persona onesta. Mi porge i 10 € e lí compio il mio unico errore: avrei dovuto lasciarglieli come mancia, visto il suo unico status possibile: quello del MISERABILE. OVVIAMENTE, HA PERSO 2 CLIENTI: ME E MIO PADRE. I have been a regular customer of this shop for about 8 years, coming at least 2-3 times a week (ditto my father, both working nearby). Over the years, with the owner, he had created a relationship of comfort, exchanging greetings even outside his business. A few months ago, I find myself in front of a surreal scene, so much so that I believe I'm on "Scherzi a Parte". I buy products for € 7 and pay with a 20 note. The boy thanks me and gives me back € 3 in coins for the rest. I report the error and the boy (new, in the first days of work), asks me to wait and goes to contact the owner in the laboratory. The "joke" begins at this moment: he goes out, looks at me, exclaims "Aren't you remembering?" He apologizes for the wait, I tell him that there is no problem (having a clear conscience), he checks and confirms that I am an honest person. He hands me the € 10 and there I make my only mistake: I should have left it as a tip, given his only possible status: that of MISERABLE. OBVIOUSLY, HAS LOST 2 CUSTOMERS: ME AND MY FATHER.
