La loro stracciatella è un insieme di meraviglia e stupore!
Non si trovano spesso attività e prodotti all'altezza delle aspettative, ma loro lo sono!
I wouldn't know what to praise first if the staff, always polite and ready to give useful advice for the optimal consumption of the products, or the products themselves, always fresh and always excellent.
Their stracciatella is a combination of wonder and amazement!
We don't often find activities and products that live up to expectations, but they are!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo caseificio locale, lavorano con latte a km0 e producono formaggi freschi e stagionati. Preso il cacio-ricotta (misto pecora-mucca) e caciocavalli con diversa stagionatura. Ho visto diversi yogurt invitanti e naturalmente ricotte e mozzarelle. Punto vendita sempre fornito e di ottima qualità.
Per noi un punto di riferimento a Lecce.
Excellent local dairy, they work with km0 milk and produce fresh and aged cheeses. Taken the cacio-ricotta (mixed sheep-cow) and caciocavalli with different seasoning. I saw several tempting yogurts and of course ricotta and mozzarella. Point of sale always stocked and of excellent quality.
For us a point of reference in Lecce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se cercate un Caseificio a Lecce questo secondo me è tra i migliori se non il migliore. Finite le vacanze (agosto 2021), prima di tornare a Torino ho deciso di prendere qualche prodotto da portare a casa. Sono davvero attrezzatissimi per il trasporto del prodotto fresco (ghiaccio,polibox ecc).
La scelta è davvero ampia ed i prodotti freschissimi ed anche molto buoni. Prezzi onesti e personale davvero molto gentile; un ragazzo addirittura mi ha aiutato a caricare tutto in macchina dandomi anche ottimi consigli sul corretto trasporto. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerò sicuramente
If you are looking for a dairy in Lecce this is in my opinion among the best if not the best. After the holidays (August 2021), before returning to Turin I decided to take some products to take home. They are really well equipped for transporting fresh products (ice, polyboxes, etc.).
The choice is really wide and the products are very fresh and also very good. Fair prices and very kind staff; a guy even helped me to load everything into the car and also gave me excellent advice on correct transport. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back
