Dopo oltre un mese, non avendo ricevuto nessuna chiamata, passo in negozio e la signora in cassa mi serve senza rispondere al buongiorno, e, continuando a stare al telefono, mi porge il tappetino senza proferire parola.
Un trattamento migliore del cliente, o in questo caso semplicemente considerarlo, dovrebbe essere la base per chi lavora a contatto col pubblico.
The product is well made, my experience and friendliness a little less. I order a car mat, pay for it in advance and am asked to leave the number to be notified as soon as it is ready.
After more than a month, not having received any calls, I go to the shop and the lady at the cashier serves me without answering the good morning, and, continuing to be on the phone, hands me the mat without saying a word.
Better treatment of the client, or in this case simply considering it, should be the basis for those who work in contact with the public.
