Sono andata a ritirare un pacco a me intestato ma con consegna presso un'altra persona ed il pacco non mi è stato consegnato né tantomeno mi sono stati controllati i documenti. sono stata costretta a riprogrammare la consegna del pacco.
 I put a star because I can't go below. Lack of professionalism, but with a lot of obtuseness. I went to collect a parcel in my name but with delivery to another person and the parcel was not delivered to me, nor have the documents been checked. I was forced to reschedule the delivery of the package.
