Bellissimi i biglietti d'auguri, stupendi, come anche le penne originali e fantastiche come idea regalo. Colori di ogni tipologia ed altri prodotti di cartoleria che io adoro. Se avete figli, amici o fidanzati che vivono fuori, consiglio di non affidarvi a loro nella spedizione di pacchi. Nonostante le ripetute rassicurazioni verbali inerenti puntualità e garanzia della consegna, il pacco non è arrivato risultando bloccato da due giorni (non hanno saputo dirmi dove). Nessun rimborso e cibo ormai sicuramente avariato. My personal experience, unfortunately extremely negative, has highlighted the presence of highly controversial staff, not very motivated and collaborative in solving problems, with poor ability to manage unexpected events and lack of attention, protection and respect towards the customer. If you have children, friends or boyfriends who live outside, I recommend that you don't rely on them in shipping packages. Despite the repeated verbal reassurances concerning punctuality and guarantee of delivery, the package did not arrive and was blocked for two days (they could not tell me where). No refunds and definitely spoiled food.

Peraltro, credo che la politica di magazzino sia stata strutturata in una maniera tale da poter offrire sempre le nuove produzioni in termini di stile e tecnologia. Inutile dire, poi, della gentilezza e della cortesia del Titolare e delle sue due splendide Assistenti, capaci dei più disparati equilibrismi e di soluzioni di servizio veramente creative e, a tratti, inedite. Insomma, per quel che mi riguarda...........chapeau!!!
