★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing cheese shop with small batches of cheese made with raw milk by the Carai family. They let us taste everything we wanted and were happy to explain all the cheeses.
Caseificio pazzesco casereccio e buonissimo!! La famiglia Carai è veramente carinissima e il figlio ci ha spiegato tutto sui formaggi e ci ha fatto assaggiare 5-6 tipi diversi! Sono tutti fatti in piccole quantità con latte crudo di alta qualità. Assolutamente consigliato. Grazie di tutto!

Crazy homemade and delicious dairy !! The Carai family is really cute and the son explained everything about the cheeses and made us taste 5-6 different types! They are all made in small quantities with high quality raw milk. Absolutely recommended. Thanks for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per fortuna abito a due passi da questo caseificio e quando mi manca la ricotta o formaggio (i miei preferiti sono il muffone, simile al gorgonzola, ma più delicato e pecorino caglio vegetale (enzimi di origine vegetale, ottenuto dalla macerazione di “Cynara Cardunculus”). Anche il gelato è favoloso! I prodotti sono tutti naturali, a chilometro zero, i prezzi sono buoni, ai clienti fissi regalano sempre una forma di ricotta. é difficile scrivere una recensione sui prodotti alimentari, bisognerebbe assaggiarli!!!!!

I formaggi sono davvero ottimi, sia i freschi sia gli stagionati, e il titolare è stato disponibile, simpatico e gentile e ci ha fatto assaggiare i suoi prodotti prima di acquistarli.
Se passate in zona, una sosta è assolutamente consigliata.

The cheeses are really excellent, both fresh and seasoned, and the owner was helpful, friendly and kind and let us taste his products before buying them.
