Mrs. Maria, a very kind and friendly person of other times, made us taste the cheeses and the freshly produced ricotta still hot! Show, the cheeses I bought are fabulous, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, a must stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They produce excellent pecorino, ricotta and a cheese made from cow's milk which is aged 30 months. It is one of the best I have tasted in this part of Tuscany. It is well worth the drive and the countryside is enchanting.
