L'altro giorno prenoto 5kg di mozzarelle d'asporto, e mio malgrado aprendole il giorno dopo avevano la consistenza gommosa, ma il sapore era buono. Sempre fatto affidamento su di voi, però a questo punto mi vedo costretto a cambiare punto di rifornimento, non si tratta così un cliente fidato da anni. Dairy presented to me by my agent from Salerno, the best mozzarella I have eaten in my life, beautiful and free buffaloes upon entry as evidence of the rural setting of the plant, we also recommended homemade bread baked in a wood oven!

La location è un punto d attrazione x i più piccoli, ci sono diversi animali un bell orticello curato e i bufali da vedere da vicinissimo.. Lo consiglio! The mozzarella is very good, fresh and tasty. Veramente ottimo, soprattutto la mozzarella fritta, ripiena di bieta su un letto di fonduta di caciocavallo (vedi foto). Da provare. Top Dairy, as ditto restaurant. Al caseificio compro sempre la mozzarella e i formaggi, trovati sempre buoni, ma ieri 25 luglio, la mozzarella era da buttare, la prossima volta che vado glielo dico, non è giusto arrivare a casa e non poterla mangiare, peccato!
