★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccezionale!!! Prodotti freschissimi e buonissimi! Latte fresco,jogurt,panna cotta, formaggi freschi e stagionati, un banco meraviglioso e invitante. I clienti possono assaggiare prima di comperare,sul bancone son soliti preparare dei vassoietti con qualche tipo di formaggio a pezzettini. Ogni tanto fanno pure delle dimostrazioni di cucina! Davvero 5 stelle sono poche! Lo consiglio vivamente!!
 Awesome!!! Fresh and delicious products! Fresh milk, yoghurt, panna cotta, fresh and seasoned cheeses, a wonderful and inviting counter. Customers can taste before buying, on the counter are used to prepare trays with some kind of chopped cheese. Sometimes they even do cooking demonstrations! Really 5 stars are few! I highly recommend it !!

Too bad there is no longer the "meal parmesan", more tender than the classic grated parmesan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi riferisco al punto vendita di Costa di Folgaria,dove sono anni che trovo lo stesso personale preparatissimo e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda.
Formaggi ottimi.
Rispetto norme Covid.
Unica nota negativa i clienti per fortuna in minoranza che pensano di essere a casa loro.
Mancano di rispetto a chi fa il proprio loro con professionalità,accettando qualsiasi tipo di maleducazione,perchè vige la regola
"il cliente ha sempre ragione"anche se è un cafone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al caseificio degli altipiani in località Gionghi-cappella si trova l'ottimo Vezzena e il Lavarone fresco prodotti tipici del territorio. Il latte che arriva in caseificio alla sera rimane in affioramento per tutta la notte il mattino tolta una parte di grassi inizia la lavorazione e il latte crudo e parzialmente scremato viene riscaldato si aggiunge il latte innesto e poi il caglio bovino. La forma passa poi alla salamoia e alla stagionatura su assi di legno dove viene rivoltata più volte. Dopo un anno e mezzo ecco che il Vezzena di Lavarone è diventato "il celebre Vezzena" tanto amato dall'imperatore asburgico Francesco Giuseppe che lo voleva ogni giorno sulla sua tavola.

The shape then passes to brine and maturing on wooden boards where it is turned over several times. After a year and a half, the Vezzena di Lavarone has become "the famous Vezzena" so loved by the Habsburg emperor Francesco Giuseppe who wanted it on his table every day.

Small artisan dairy. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent products. The purchase of Vezzena in its various maturations is inevitable ... but the other products also deserve. I often go back willingly.
