★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo qualche anno che avevo portato il curriculum direttamente in azienda senza mai una risposta anche alle mail che ho inviato,ho voluto rinviare il mio curriculum via mail e da lì a 10-15 minuti mi chiama la risorsa umana per un po' di info e fissiamo un colloquio proprio quella stessa mattina.
Vado giù, avevano il mio curriculum sotto il naso, chiedo visto esperienze passate di poter vedere il reparto e la mansione che dovrei ricoprire.
S... a mi dice che ci vorrà una settimana per organizzare il tutto.
Il giorno successivo a quello con casearia, avevo fatto un altro colloquio presso altra azienda,ma ci tenevo a vedere la mansione che dovevo ricoprire presso casearia e quindi prendo tempo con l'altra azienda spiegando il tutto rendendosi molto disponibili e pazienti.
I giorni passano e quindi provo a chiamare direttamente S....a ma non ricevo risposta, nemmeno alle mail,rinvio un ultima mail e dopo giorni che aspetto come un pirla e che faccio aspettare l'altra azienda interessata a me oggi ricevo risposta che l'assunzione per tale figura è stata chiusa.
Guarda caso venerdì ero stato contattato da un agenzia che mi offriva tale mansione.
In definitiva serietà pari a 0,se non mi facevo sentire io tutto sicuramente taceva ed ora rischio che non venga più assunto dall'altra azienda.
Grazie mille a chi a permesso tutto questo e che fa perdere tempo in colloqui e che fa aspettare risposte che dovevano arrivare ma lasciato nel dimenticatoio.... Grazie S...a &C.
After a few years that I had brought the curriculum directly to the company without ever replying to the emails I sent, I wanted to send my resume via email and in 10-15 minutes the human resource calls me for some info and we set up an interview that very morning.
I go down, they had my resume under their noses, I ask having seen past experiences to be able to see the department and the job that I should fill.
S ... a tells me it will take a week to organize everything.
The day after the one with the dairy, I had another interview at another company, but I wanted to see the job I had to fill at the dairy and then I take time with the other company explaining everything making myself very helpful and patient.
The days go by and then I try to call S ... a directly but I don't get an answer, not even to the emails, I send back one last email and after days I wait like an idiot and I make the other company interested in me wait today I get an answer that the recruitment for this figure has been closed.
As it happens Friday I was contacted by an agency that offered me this job.
Ultimately seriousness equal to 0, if I did not make myself feel everything was surely silent and now I risk that he will no longer be hired by the other company.
Many thanks to those who have allowed all this and who waste time in interviews and who wait for answers that were supposed to arrive but left in oblivion .... Thanks S ... a & C.

Fiorenzo saprà trovare il giusto formaggio per farvi fare bella figura sulle vostre tavole quando mangerete oppure quando avrete invitati. Formaggi nati dal produttore al consumatore e ad un ottimo prezzo. Consiglio vivamente la Casearia Monti Trentini. Posto alcuni formaggi che non mancheranno mai a casa mia.
