Trovi un Asiago pluripremiato e tantissimi prodotti buonissimi a partire dalla mozzarella per proseguire con la crema di asiago e per finire con lo yogurt. Vale la pena veramente di fermarsi se siete in zona ad Asiago o Gallio, complimenti.
5-star dairy, with products of the highest quality. You will find an award-winning Asiago and many delicious products starting from mozzarella to continue with the asiago cream and ending with yogurt. It is really worth a stop if you are in the Asiago or Gallio area, congratulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A local #Altopiano7c neighbor gave me the secret on the best place around for milk, butter, and #AsiagoCheese! The milk is fantastic! Non-homogeneous, fresh, and whole from local cows, and €1/liter! The mozzarella was probably the best I've ever had, though I do not have a trained cheese pallette and I am a sucker for food vicinity, so that skews my preference. However, a good metric of quality (I suppose) is also the fact that they sell the 5th most expensive cheese in the world! #AsiagoStravecchioDOP at €200/kg! I didn't try that... Yet.
(Number 1 most expensive cheese is serbian #DonkeyCheese! ????)
