I proprietari sono stati ospitali e gentilissimi! Senza pensarci troppo abbiamo preso un pezzo di formaggio per tipo da portare a casa...e anche un paio di birre! Grazie!! After a nice hike, stop at this hut where the cheeses are delicious and also have craft beer! The owners were hospitable and very kind! Without thinking too much we took a piece of cheese to take home ... and even a couple of beers! Thank you!!

Formaggi ed affettati molto buoni, ricotta con frutti di bosco sublime. Proprietari gentili e alla mano. Se passate di qui, fermatevi. Great. E sono stato benissimo! Tempo di scambiare 2 chiacchiere amichevoli è già gustavamo una ricotta (ancora tiepida ?) di loro produzione ricoperta con frutti di bosco e uno yogurt, sempre di loro produzione e sempre con i frutti di bosco! Dopo essere saliti per la strada delle 52 gallerie ed essere scesi per la strada degli Scarubbi è stato una piacevole sosta immersi in una vera malga a conduzione famigliare! Poi ovviamente, prima di ripartire, ho fatto scorta di formaggio, burro, ricotta e yogurt ? When you enter the malga and are welcomed as one of the family, you feel good ... S	Sablé Gelato - Laboratorio Artigianale - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malga stupenda, in un luogo incontaminato, dove potersi rilassare dopo la passeggiata delle 52 gallerie, dove poter assaporare dei formaggi autoprodotti, come la ricotta e non solo! Infatti dopo aver assaggiato la loro bontà ho deciso di comprare la ricotta con cui fare il gelato nella mia gelateria e il loro burro fatto a mano da usare per le brioche ❤️ se passate andate a respirare la natura... E come me sognare di poter avere un luogo così per potersi esprimere! Bravi ragazzi! È inoltre possibile accompagnare gli alimenti prima citati con alcune bevande. I prezzi non sono bassissimi, ma i proprietari sono gentili e cordiali. Ci ha mostrato il procedimento di lavorazione della Tosella, tipico formaggio della zona. Osservare la produzione nel pentolone è molto affascinante. I prezzi sono onestissimi.
