★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’Azienda Agricola Dallapiazza Orlando e Moreno è un’azienda zootecnica a conduzione famigliare ubicata nella frazione “Cires” a Garniga Terme a 830 metri sul livello del mare alle pedici del Monte Bondone. Qui vengono allevate mucche da latte di razza Pezzata Rossa Italiana e il latte viene lavorato esclusivamente in azienda per la produzione di formaggi stagionati e freschi, tosella, ricotta e burro. Vengono pure allevati i maiali per la produzione di salumi, anch’essi trasformati presso il laboratorio aziendale.
I prodotti possono essere acquistati presso il punto vendita aziendale o nei Mercati Contadini di Trento, Rovereto e Pergine Valsugana.
The Dallapiazza Orlando e Moreno Agricultural Company is a family-run livestock farm located in the hamlet of "Cires" in Garniga Terme at 830 meters above sea level on the slopes of Monte Bondone. Here are bred dairy cows of the Italian Pezzata Rossa breed and the milk is processed exclusively in the farm for the production of fresh and mature cheeses, tosella, ricotta and butter. Pigs are also bred for the production of cured meats, also processed at the company laboratory.
Products can be purchased at the company sales point or in the Farmers Markets of Trento, Rovereto and Pergine Valsugana.
