Adoro il profumo di alpeggio che sento sulle fette biscottate al mattino oppure quando lo sciolgo a bagno maria per fare una torta . Dall ' alimentazione genuina e naturale fornita agli animali, ai metodi di lavorazione dei prodotti proposti che vanno : dai formaggi, al burro dai latticini, agli yogurt. Il negozio e' curato e gestito da Nicolo', un esperto che sa consigliando, stimolare l'appetito e la curiosita' di assaggio dei prodotti proposti ed e' coadiuvato da Paolo che proviene da un' esperienza quarantennale sul commercio dei formaggi e salumi. Vengono anche proposti selezionati vini e particolari salse per accentuare i sapori proposti accompagnandoli nella degustazione. Per ultimo, ben si sa che i prodotti artigianali hanno un costo superiore di quelli industriali ma vi assicuro che il " lume ne vale la candela" e la gola ne restera' soddisfatta. From the genuine and natural feeding provided to animals, to the processing methods of the proposed products ranging from cheeses, to butter, dairy products, yoghurt. The shop is curated and managed by Nicolo ', an expert who knows how to advise, stimulate the appetite and the curiosity of tasting the products offered and is assisted by Paolo who comes from forty years of experience in the trade of cheeses and cured meats. Selected wines and particular sauces are also offered to accentuate the flavors offered by accompanying them in the tasting. Finally, it is well known that handicraft products have a higher cost than industrial ones but I assure you that the "light is worth the candle" and the throat will be satisfied.
