Excellent local cheeses. I take the goat ones but the cow's milk ones also look great. Brava, gentie, and prepared whoever you need. There is also some melted ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onestamente non siamo rimasti affascinati con i sapori. Stiamo cercando in zona produttori di formaggi di capra ma fino ad ora I migliori sono quelli delle alte valli. In pianura il sapore si perde... ma non molliamo, vogliamo trovare qualcosa anche nella pianura!!!
We honestly weren't enthralled with the flavors. We are looking for producers of goat cheeses in the area but so far the best are those of the high valleys. In the plain the flavor is lost ... but let's not give up, we want to find something also in the plain !!!
