Sono tutti esposti con bellissimi cartellini che descrivono tipologia e provenienza oltre ad essere sigillati sottovuoto uno ad uno. Eccellente la qualità degli erborinati di capra assaggiati. Salumi stupendi dove spicca un culatello di Zibello top.
