Abbiamo venduto con loro la nostra casa al Lago del Turano. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Agenzia seria e professionale. Un grazie speciale a Pietro per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. We saw a possible apartment on the Internet and contacted an agent. Pietro from Case in Sabina was promt in responding to our email. He went out of his way to help us buy the property in Torricella in Sabina from South Africa. I only have praise for his service. He truly went the extra mile for us. I recently purchased a house from Case in Sabina and their whole service was exemplary from beginning to end. Buying from the UK is not a simple task and Case in Sabina were exceptional with this process. I am also a non-Italian speaking person and they helped me with any issues relating to the language barrier. They helped me translate documents as well as helping me with the additional processes, such as tax, that were outside of their remit. The owner Pietro is a very knowledgeable estate agent and helped me with all aspects of the purchase making it very simple process. Also, the receptionist/agent Laura was absolutely amazing and went way beyond her role with the whole process – I cannot clarify enough how much easier the process was made by her. As a company they almost made me feel like a member of a family. Whether buying within Italy or abroad I cannot recommend enough this estate agent for your purchase of an Italian property. Acquistare dal Regno Unito non è un compito semplice e Case in Sabina è stata eccezionale con questo processo. Sono anche una persona che non parla italiano e mi hanno aiutato con qualsiasi problema relativo alla barriera linguistica. Mi hanno aiutato a tradurre documenti e mi hanno aiutato con i processi aggiuntivi, come le tasse, che erano al di fuori del loro mandato. Il proprietario Pietro è un agente immobiliare molto esperto e mi ha aiutato con tutti gli aspetti dell'acquisto rendendo il processo molto semplice. Inoltre, l'addetta alla reception / agente Laura è stata assolutamente fantastica ed è andata ben oltre il suo ruolo con l'intero processo - non posso chiarire abbastanza quanto sia stato più facile il processo da lei. Come azienda mi hanno quasi fatto sentire come un membro di una famiglia. Sia che acquisti in Italia o all'estero non posso raccomandare abbastanza questo agente immobiliare per l'acquisto di una proprietà italiana.

Laura was the seller's real estate agent but helped me with many things during and after the purchase. I couldn't have done some things without her plus her contacts. Just an amazing person! Love my property - it required some minor adjustments but once I was "boots on the ground" it was literally perfect. I love Sabine Hills and how close they are to Rome!
