Ho usato i servizi dell'agenzia per dare in affitto un appartamento, si sono occupati di tutti gli aspetti della pratica, hanno trovato un buon affittuario e ridotto al minimo necessario le mie incombenze. Prezzi chiari e pattuiti in anticipo, preventivi rispettati e nessuna sorpresa anche se spesso non ero presente in loco. Non "spariscono" alla firma del contratto, ma seguono con attenzione tutta la procedura fino alla conclusione. Da consigliare sicuramente.

Clear prices, agreed up front, no surprise even considering I could not follow closely. Didn't vanish once signed the contract but took care till the conclusion of the procedure. Definitely recommended.
Polite, knowledgeable and efficient staff. I used the agency's services to rent an apartment, they took care of all aspects of the practice, found a good tenant and kept my chores to a minimum. Clear and agreed prices in advance, respected estimates and no surprises even though I was often not present on site. They do not "disappear" when the contract is signed, but carefully follow the whole procedure until the conclusion. Definitely to be recommended.
