Tutto era pronto per il rogito perché si assicurava che i piani fossero cambiati al comune e aiutava a fare in modo che la casa fosse pronta per l'abitazione dopo il rogito. Ci tiene davvero a te. È stata una gioia lavorare con lei e con Matteo. Lo ha reso molto piacevole sia per me che per i venditori. I venditori sono stati furbi a sceglierla perché è molto reattiva nei confronti dei potenziali acquirenti (a differenza di alcuni agenti che ho cercato di contattare in altre parti del Lazio). La Sabina è una zona straordinariamente bella con persone davvero gentili, oneste e amichevoli e Michela ne è l'esempio perfetto.
