★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato ieri alle 15,30 per acquistare dello zoccoletto e dei pavimenti, la Sig.ra Daniela mi diceva di andare sul piazzale e di chiedere di un certo Luciano, così ho fatto, ho chiesto a varie persone addette ma nessuno sapeva rispondermi con certezza oppure mi evitavano, ho chiesto anche in ferramenta al ragazzo alto robusto e calvo, mi rispondeva "ciavrà da fare", quindi deduco che quando manca Luciano tutti gli altri non ti si filano per niente, ci fosse stato uno, dico uno che si fosse avvicinato a me e mia moglie per dire di cosa avevamo bisogno, sconcertati ce ne siamo andati alle 16,30 dopo quasi un'ora di attesa inutile e sotto al sole, nonostante precedentemente io abbia acquistato in questa rivendita tantissime cose il trattamento è stato pessimo e me ne dispiace. Personale scortese e poco professionale.
I went yesterday at 15.30 to buy the skirting board and the floors, Mrs. Daniela told me to go to the square and ask for a certain Luciano, so I did, I asked various people in charge but nobody knew how to answer me with certainty or they avoided me, I also asked the tall, robust and bald guy at the hardware store, he replied "ciavrà da fare", so I deduce that when Luciano is missing, all the others don't spin at all, there was one, I said one that was approached me and my wife to say what we needed, bewildered we left at 16.30 after almost an hour of unnecessary waiting and in the sun, although previously I bought many things in this store, the treatment was bad and I'm sorry. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff.
