Consigliandomi in primis di non contattare più il privato per poi liquidarmi con una scusa di poco gusto, di un disabile che gli serviva casa urgentemente. Peccato che il disabile non c'è mai stato, per poi scomparire nel nulla senza neanche preoccuparsi di offrire altre prospettive di vendita. Dopo aver chiamato più volte per chiedere spiegazioni in merito, mi hanno risposto (un certo Francesco) in modo molto aggressivo dicendomi che mi avevano mandato un sms!!!....costui ha pure messo giù il telefono!!! Veramente molto, ma molto MALEDUCATO!!! One star is too much !! They had left me an appointment to see the apartment for sale .... no one showed up !!! Siamo stati più volte in loco con in nostro geometra per verificare le misure . Abbiamo chiesto di poter fare un preliminare ma ci è stato risposto che non occorreva e che bastava la parola. Il titolare ci ha fatto preparare gli assegni INTESTATI chiedendoci di inviare le foto via whatsapp. A questo punto abbiamo fissato l’appuntamento dal notaio perché volevano un preliminare registrato e a un paio di giorni dall’appuntamento ci ha chiamato dicendo che c’erano dei problemi. Dopo mesi, nei quali ha temporeggiato accampando scuse, si è fatto vivo dicendo che aveva venduto quel terreno a un altro per 15.000€ in più. Non ho mai conosciuto una persona più scorretta e poco professionale. L’agenzia dovrebbe tutelare l’acquirente, invece ci ha “usato” per alzare il prezzo. Una cosa ignobile!! Ora stiamo valutando il da farsi con un amico avvocato! Non solo la sconsiglio, ma sarebbe da bandire dalla federazione degli agenti immobiliari. One star is too much for this agency. After months, in which he stalled by making excuses, he showed up saying that he had sold that land to another for € 15,000 more. I have never met a more unfair and unprofessional person. The agency should protect the buyer, instead it "used" us to raise the price. An ignoble thing !! Now we are considering what to do with a lawyer friend! Not only do I not recommend it, but it should be banned from the federation of real estate agents.
