Sono riusciti a trovarmi casa nella zona dove desideravo vicino al centro di Castelfranco Veneto. Ambiente giovanile ma sempre presente ed affidabile. Non avevo mai avuto esperienze con agenzie prima d’ora ma devo dire che mi sono trovato bene senza perdere tempo e arrivando al risultato in modo immediato. Friendliness and maximum availability at this agency that I met through a friend. They managed to find me home in the area where I wanted near the center of Castelfranco Veneto. Youthful environment but always present and reliable. I had never had experience with agencies before but I have to say that I felt good without wasting time and getting to the result immediately. I wish a good 2020 to all the staff of this real estate

I sold with this agency and bought with them in the Borgo Vicenza area. They have been really useful and available since the first date. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza avuta con questa filiale!! Abbiamo trovato e visionato l'immobile in autonomia dato che abitiamo sulla stessa via dove abbiamo acquistato. La trattativa è durata quasi un anno, un anno durante il quale non siamo MAI stati seguiti:
1. Dovevamo effettuare minimo una chiamata al giorno per avere aggiornamenti in quanto loro non ci informavano!
2. Ogni volta che chiamavamo ci veniva comunicato che erano tutti impegnati o fuori ufficio e che saremmo stati ricontattati ma cosi non era!
3. POCO professionali in quanto non hanno rispettato gli accordi presi:
inizialmente ci siamo accordati che il pagamento sarebbe stato diviso in due (una parte al giorno del notaio e una parte alla consegna delle chiavi, dato i numerosi disguidi), DUE GIORNI PRIMA ci comunicano che volevano l'intera somma di denaro nell'immediato. Ci rechiamo ovviamente in agenzia per chiarire l'incomprensione, il referente ci dice che va bene mantenere gli accordi iniziali ma nemmeno 30 MINUTI dopo veniamo contattati dal responsabile il quale ci comunica che non va bene di nuovo!
Dopo aver ricevuto un servizio pari a ZERO abbiamo pure dovuto pagare profumatamente!!! DELUSIONE TOTALE.
Bad experience had with this branch !! We found and viewed the property independently as we live on the same street where we purchased. The negotiation lasted almost a year, a year during which we have NEVER been followed:
1. We had to make at least one call per day to get updates as they didn't inform us!
2. Every time we called we were told that they were all busy or out of the office and that we would be contacted but that was not the case!
3. LITTLE professional as they did not respect the agreements made:
initially we agreed that the payment would be split in two (one part per day of the notary and one part upon delivery of the keys, given the numerous misunderstandings), TWO DAYS BEFORE they tell us that they wanted the full amount of money immediately. We obviously go to the agency to clarify the misunderstanding, the contact person tells us that it is ok to keep the initial agreements but not even 30 MINUTES later we are contacted by the manager who tells us that it is not good again!
After receiving a service equal to ZERO we also had to pay handsomely !!! TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

Despite my skepticism towards this agency I have been completely proved wrong. I found the staff very helpful and clear. They explained their conditions to proceed with the sale in a precise and timely manner. In the end, they kept their sales promises and made me earn more than I thought. If I need anything else, I will again rely on this honest and healthy group
