Ha tutelato solo gli acquirenti (visto che le commissioni, non chiare, di compravendita le ha applicate solo a noi, oltretutto non avendole specificate nel preliminare).
Ci ha richiesto con urgenza alcuni documenti, quando in verità non c'era assoluta urgenza.
Non ci ha informato del pagamento differito della vendita rispetto all'atto notarile.
Ha intralciato la richiesta dei documenti di agibilità, non avevo mai dato mandato a loro di richiedere niente essendo il proprietario venditore. E quindi mi ha creato non pochi problemi perché i documenti non si trovavano (per forza li avevano già chiesti loro e non erano in archivio).
Se dovete acquistare magari vi fanno fare l'affare della vita, ma se dovete vendere cercate altro agente.

It has protected only the buyers (since the unclear commissions of sale only applied to us, above all not having specified them in the preliminary).
He urgently requested some documents, when in truth there was no absolute urgency.
He did not inform us of the deferred payment of the sale with respect to the notarial deed.
He hindered the request for the documents of viability, I had never given a mandate to them to request anything as the seller was the owner. And so he created me quite a few problems because the documents were not found (they had already asked for them and they were not in the archive).
If you have to buy maybe they make you do the deal of life, but if you have to sell look for another agent.
