★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: acquistato cuscino memory foam, sostituito il giorno dopo per odore sgradevole, stesso problema, restituisco il cuscino, mi viene detto "ce lo lasci sentiamo commerciale e le facciamo sapere la prossima settimana", dopo 1 mese telefono ma mi viene detto ancora nessuna novitá, dopo qualche giorno vado in negozio, mi si dice che non c'è soluzione, chiedo rimborso, mi viene rifiutato con espressioni raccapriccianti
Bad experience: purchased memory foam pillow, replaced the next day for unpleasant smell, same problem, I return the pillow, I am told "leave it to us, we will hear commercial and let you know next week", after 1 month I phone but I am told again no news, after a few days I go to the shop, they tell me there is no solution, I ask for a refund, I am refused with gruesome expressions
