Siamo stati seguiti in modo serio e sempre presente da parte dell'agente immobiliare che ci ha indicato fin da subito costi dell'immobile e del servizio. Unico neo, la procedura è stata un po lenta per portarci dal notaio. Brave persone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ li contatto per un appartamento al quale sono interessato, mi dicono che sono il primo, che hanno appena messo l'annuncio da qualche minuto e mi fissano l'appuntamento in agenzia per la loro prima data utile.
Mi faccio un'ora di macchina per andare all'appuntamento e quando entro trovo una coppia che gli sta dando la cauzione per l'appartamento per il quale sono interessato. Alla mia domanda di come è possibile e del perchè non mi abbiano avvisato che non era più disponibile mi rispondono che la coppia era passata alla mattina a caso e lei gli ha mostrato l'appartamento.
1) a che cavolo serve chiamare e prenotare allora se il primo che passa senza appuntamento prende tutto?!
2)Almeno abbiate la decenza di dire che ci sono altri interessati all'appartamento sapendo che gente ha già prenotato per visitarlo
3)O mettete un minimo di priorità o per la miseria avvisate la gente che prende permesso da lavoro per venire a perdere tempo da voi.
Non mi era mai successa una cosa così in nessun'altra agenzia

To my question of how it is possible and why they did not warn me that he was no longer available, they answer that the couple had passed at random in the morning and she showed him the apartment.
1) what the hell is it to call and book then if the first one who passes without an appointment takes everything ?!
2) At least have the decency to say that there are others interested in the apartment knowing that people have already booked to visit it
3) Either put a minimum of priority or misery warn people who take leave from work to come and waste time with you.
Never before has such a thing happened to me in any other agency
