★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view of the Sea. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very nice. The wifi works in both your room and the pool area. Rooms are clean and sized appropriately, for a reasonable price. The breakfast is a good variety, and you can buy snacks any time of day. The hotel manager, Luigi, goes above and beyond! You can tell that he really cares about his business, and is interested in making sure everyone has a good time. Loved it! Hope to come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: A beautiful, quiet, and scenic location up the hillside above Sperlonga. Wonderful pool and restaurant area. Room was over-sized and had a larger terrace. The view, breezes and quiet location was very relaxing.. Negative: Got bad directions from Google and entered from the south. Be sure to arrive from SP Itri-Sperlonga..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No attention to detail at all. The rooms are not clean, the paint on the walls begs for a refresh and the staff is not professional. The breakfast is commercial and it does not offer lactose and gluten-free meals. The most annoying thing is that they cut the grass close to the tables while people eat. I wonder why and how they have so much positive feedback on Google and TripAdvisor. They did not even ask once how was our stay. 2 stars is a motivation gift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is in the middle of nowhere. Prices are very high 250 euro/night. The rooms are extremely small and dirty. There were ants in our room and when i told at the reception they replied "why didn't you choose a hotel in the center?". The property is also full of all possible insects you can imagine. The swimming pool is full of bees. Then there was a fire one morning that almost reached the property. It was extremely dangerous. The staff wasn't even concerned and they were extremely rude. There was no signal to use your phone and wifi was extremely slow or not working. There was also a foul smell in the bathroom.
