★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale storico rimasto un po immutato nel tempo. Ceniamo in una veranda poco accogliente. Un menù tradizionale senza infamia e senza lode con impiattamento e servizio anni 80.
 Historic place that has remained somewhat unchanged over time. We have dinner on an unwelcoming veranda. A traditional menu without infamy and without praise with 80's serving and dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant staff, i have never seen such attention before. Food is not so bad, but in Livorno a lot of places were food is good AND good hosts. So I wouldn't advise this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled across this charming restaurant by chance and received a very warm welcome from the owner. The food was excellent and the house red was outstanding. A wonderful experience overall. Well worth a trip to Livorno just to visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We go this restaurant because one local friend recommended, however, it is a huge disappointment...
The location of the restaurant is not bad, face a natural park, main Street however, reasonably quiet
The restaurant environment is nothing to complain, decent space, in house with unique vintage docuration. And there is a mazing garden with fantastic view which customers could sit down and enjoy their meal.
The service is also nothing to challenge. Friendly, efficient, professional.
What I want to say is the food itself...with such a nice place and staff, the food it provided is really really disappointing...
The starter has no soul... Nothing unique and taste so so. And pasta is not interesting either, which surprised me. I mean in Italy a seafood restaurant, seafood pasta is no taste...who will believe this... In general, everything is expensive , small portion and didn't taste...
The biggest failure to me is its famous main course “cacciucco". It is tranditonal seafood strew in tomato source. We heard it so much, and it is kind of must have dish at the end. We decide to order three, however the waiter told us, two should be fine. They are right, although the portion is not big, we didn't manage to finish...there only three small pieces of fish, and a prawn with a bit cuttle fish and squid, maybe no more than three clams...and all the seafood is super soft soak in the strong tomato source which is a bit spicy. The source is nice, however I don't think it is good for seafood. To me all the seafood taste the same...I can't find the difference of a heak and cuttlefish...and this plate costs 22 euros... God...
We will definitely not come again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was AMAZING. We are foreign and don’t speak Italian, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It’s a Catholic holiday today and the waiter told us and then gave us free champagne! The cacciucco is highly recommended. Lovely garden terrace as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for lunch, without a reservation, but they were able to accommodate us with a buggy as well. The service was very attentive and personal, giving you a homely feel. We had caciucco (recommended) and pasta. Beautiful terrace with a nice garden.
