β β β β β Delightful restaurant near the waterfront at Piazza de Republica in Livorno. We arrived in Livorno late and didnβt know where to park or eat. Things can go badly wrong at times like this. Instead, we lucked out by finding a table at La Pino Doro. The staff spoke only a little English and we speak only a little Italian, but they were very nice to us, as were other customers. We had one of our most memorable meal in Italy, including a fantastic tagliata beef dish with rocket and parmesan. All the food was delicious and it was reasonably priced.

β β β β β Superb locals trattoria just on side of Republica. Staff are wonderful family run, incredible local cuisine. Lots of seafood and a gnocchi with gorgonzola to die for.
