★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check - in alle 18.00 e non si fanno problemi a lasciare gli ospiti fuori per ore senza fargli nemmeno usufruire del bagno, finchè non sono le 18.00 in punto. Il cancello a volte viene chiuso con un'asse di legno e si rischia di rimanere fuori (bisogna avvisare quando si torna, chiamare, o suonare). Un po' scomodo quando in vacanza si vorrebbe essere autonomi e liberi di entrare e uscire. Sembra di essere ospiti in casa d'altri, non ci si sente a proprio agio. Struttura piacevole, villa molto bella e stanze pulite, consigliato solo a chi si ferma una sola notte e non è interessato a Livorno e dintorni ma arriva la sera per prendere il traghetto al mattino. Come soggiorno un po' scomodo, e caro per quello che offre (bagno esterno condiviso con tre camere, niente colazione).
 Check - in at 18.00 and they do not mind leaving guests out for hours without even letting them use the bathroom, until it is 6.00 pm sharp. Sometimes the gate is closed with a wooden plank and you risk being left out (you have to notify when you come back, call, or ring). A little uncomfortable when on vacation you would like to be autonomous and free to come and go. It seems to be guests in someone else's house, you don't feel at ease. Pleasant structure, very nice villa and clean rooms, recommended only for those who stay one night and are not interested in Livorno and its surroundings but arrive in the evening to take the ferry in the morning. As a stay a bit uncomfortable, and expensive for what it offers (shared external bathroom with three rooms, no breakfast).

Spotless room and bathroom, private parking included in the price ... extremely convenient facility for boarding ferries. Very kind and helpful owner. The only drawback, the bed a little uncomfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato per 8 notti nella settimana dal 14 al 22 Agosto.. scrivo solo ora la recensione (Dicembre) perché mi ci è voluto un po' per dimenticarmi di questa esperienza. Check-in alle 18.00 sebbene non fosse scritto da nessuna parte e non si poteva entrare prima di quell'orario, né per poggiare i bagagli, né per andare in bagno e all'arrivo ci è stato detto che non saremmo stati liberi di entrare e uscire liberamente dalla camera! In poche parole dovevamo uscire entro le 10.00 e prima delle 18.00 non potevamo tornare dentro! C'erano 42°C all'esterno, un pomeriggio siamo stati male dal caldo e non potevamo rientrare nè per rinfrescarci né per prendere farmaci e altro!!
Alla sera la signora chiudeva il cancello dall'interno con una barra di legno e si rischiava di restare chiusi fuori (chiudeva già alle 22).
Come se non bastasse la nostra camera (quella matrimoniale con bagno privato) aveva la finestra che dava sul giardino privato della suddetta signora responsabile del B&B e puntualmente alle 7.00 del mattino il suo pappagallo batteva il becco su un ferro che faceva un tumore bestiale svegliando tutti, compresi i due cani che iniziavano ad abbaiare! Dulcis in fundo la vasca del bagno privato è stata mal costruita: essendo leggermente pendente, ogni qualvolta che aprivamo l'acqua si allagava il pavimento!
Ah, dimenticavo, la seconda sera siamo rientrati e nel letto mancavano le lenzuola perché si era dimenticata di rimetterle dopo aver pulito la stanza.
Il parcheggio "privato" non consentiva a tutti di parcheggiare le macchine per mancanza di spazio.
La stella che ho messo è solo perché le pulizie erano fatte davvero bene (a parte il caso delle lenzuola).
Abbiamo passato delle orrende vacanze. Sconsigliato.
My boyfriend and I stayed for 8 nights in the week from 14 to 22 August .. I'm just writing the review now (December) because it took me a while to forget about this experience. Check-in at 18.00 although it was not written anywhere and you could not enter before that time, neither to put your luggage, nor to go to the bathroom and on arrival we were told that we would not be free to enter and get out of the room freely! In short, we had to leave by 10.00 and before 18.00 we could not go back inside! It was 42 ° C outside, one afternoon we got sick from the heat and we couldn't go back to freshen up or to take medicines and more !!
In the evening the lady closed the gate from the inside with a wooden bar and there was the risk of being locked out (it closed already at 10pm).
As if that were not enough, our room (the double room with private bathroom) had a window overlooking the private garden of the aforementioned lady in charge of the B&B and punctually at 7.00 in the morning her parrot beat its beak on an iron that made a bestial tumor, waking everyone up. , including the two dogs starting to bark! Last but not least, the bathtub in the private bathroom was badly built: being slightly leaning, every time we turned on the water the floor was flooded!
Oh, I forgot, the second night we went back and the bed was missing the sheets because she forgot to put them back after cleaning the room.
The "private" parking did not allow everyone to park cars due to lack of space.
The star I put is only because the cleaning was done really well (apart from the case of the sheets).
We had a terrible vacation. Not recommended.
