La recente ristrutturazione ha conciliato l'architettura originale del luogo alle esigenze di confort del viaggiatore moderno, nulla è stato lasciato all'improvvisazione e sentirsi a casa è stato un attimo. Pulizia massima, sia nelle camere che nelle aree comuni. Le più belle spiagge di sabbia finissima ed acqua cristallina sono a 5 minuti di auto mentre tutto il resto è a portata di mano, come la moltitudine di bar, ristorantini, pizzerie, street food e negozi di ogni genere che animano le vie del centro. Un immenso GRAZIE a Federica, la meravigliosa proprietaria che con la Sua attenzione, la Sua dedizione, i Suoi consigli e la Sua simpatia coccola gli ospiti, rendendo il soggiorno familiare. Da ritornarci, decisamente! Located in the center of Fondi, overlooking the Towers of the Baronial Castle of the fourteenth century. "Al Giardino di Anna" is a prestigious B&B. The recent renovation has reconciled the original architecture of the place with the comfort needs of the modern traveler, nothing has been left to improvisation and feeling at home was a moment. Maximum cleaning, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The most beautiful beaches of fine sand and crystal clear water are 5 minutes away by car while everything else is at hand, like the multitude of bars, restaurants, pizzerias, street food and all kinds of shops that animate the downtown streets. An immense THANK YOU to Federica, the wonderful owner who with her attention, her dedication, her advice and her liking pampers the guests, making the family stay. Definitely come back!

Ma il vero surplus è Federica, super accogliente, simpatica, sembra di conoscerla da sempre. Sembrava di essere di famiglia. Consigliatissimo All very good, new room, cleanliness, breakfast, strategic location. But the real surplus is Federica, super welcoming, nice, she seems to have known her forever. A seconda delle età degli ospiti, praticamente Federica diventa una sorella, una zia...insomma ti fa sentire veramente a tuo agio. Vogliamo parlare del collaboratore di Federica se così vogliamo definirlo? Angelo, il papà di Fede, un gran simpaticone ed anche lui molto disponibile. Sempre piacevole è stato chiacchierare con entrambi durante la colazione, prima di raggiungere il meraviglioso mare di Sperlonga a 15 minuti di macchina. Il B&B è provvisto di quel che necessita per una permanenza breve o medio-lunga. Le stanze molto carine e tutte nuove, dotate di aria condizionata e bagno spazioso per quel che necessita. Al pian terreno vi è la cucina sempre a disposizione degli ospiti del B&B...certo non è che si possa cucinare, ma vi è la macchina del caffè, frigorifero utilizzabile anche per cose proprie (acqua, frutta, etc.), microonde e tanto altro. Antistante la cucina vi è un delizioso giardino curato dal mitico Angelo, con tavolini e sedie dove poter fare colazione e perchè no, anche per consumare cibo da asporto, tant'è che Federica mette a disposizione i tavolini anche per consumare pranzi e cene qualora si volesse restare nel B&B ma non chiusi nella propria stanza. Io e mia moglie ne abbiamo girati tantissimi di B&B e devo dire che "Al giardino di Anna" rientra tra i primi in classifica. How to feel at home. The owner, Federica, is very available for any need. Do we want to talk about Federica's collaborator if we want to define him that way? Angelo, the father of Fede, a great funny guy and also very helpful. It was always pleasant to chat with both of them during breakfast, before reaching the wonderful sea of Sperlonga, a 15-minute drive away. The B&B is equipped with what is needed for a short or medium-long stay. The rooms are very nice and all new, with air conditioning and a spacious bathroom for what you need. On the ground floor there is the kitchen always available to the guests of the B&B ... certainly it is not possible to cook, but there is a coffee machine, a refrigerator that can also be used for one's own things (water, fruit, etc.), microwave and much else. In front of the kitchen there is a delightful garden cared for by the legendary Angelo, with tables and chairs where you can have breakfast and why not, also to consume takeaway food, so much so that Federica also makes tables available to consume lunches and dinners if you wanted to stay in the B&B but not closed in their own room. My wife and I have shot a lot of B & Bs and I must say that "Al giardino di Anna" is among the first in the ranking.

Le camere accoglienti nuove e fresche, il letto è COMODO e si dorme divinamente. La location perfetta, in pieno centro storico. La proprietaria è gentile, ospitale, affabile, disponibile ecc ecc. Non ci sarebbe posto migliore per trascorrere qualche giorno di vacanza. Consigliatissimo. I do not find a right adjective to define this B&B, defining it perfect is an understatement. The new and fresh cozy rooms, the bed is COMFORTABLE and you sleep divinely. The perfect location, in the historic center. The owner is kind, hospitable, friendly, helpful, etc. etc. There would be no better place to spend a few days off. Highly recommended.

Dista circa 12 km da Sperlonga e da altre spiagge. Il B&B è molto accogliente e l'ottima colazione nel giardino tra limoni e mandarini è molto piacevole. La solarità e la disponibilità di Federica rende tutto ancora più bello. La conoscenza con il padre di Federica è stato un incontro molto interessante.
