★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La maison de Valeria est située un peu en dehors de Sperlonga. C'est une maison d'hôtes très accueillante. Les chambres sont agréables, propres et accessibles aux handicapés. Le petit déjeuner est servi chaque matin. Tout est préparé par Valéria. Merci à Valeria pour sa gentillesse.
Sinon la petite ville historique de Sperlonga est charmante. Elle mérite le détour.
Vous avez, dans la ville basse, un accès à la plage très facile. Comme souvent en Italie la plage est privée, en partie. Mais si vous ne souhaitez pas payer, vous avez aussi la possibilité de vous offrir un moment de farniente gratuit.
Près de la jolie Sperlonga, je vous conseille d'aller visiter la villa de Tibère... Lieu enchanteur !
 Valeria's house is located a little outside of Sperlonga. It is a very welcoming guest house. The rooms are pleasant, clean and accessible to the disabled. Breakfast is served every morning. Everything is prepared by Valéria. Thanks to Valeria for her kindness.
Otherwise the small historic town of Sperlonga is charming. It deserves the detour.
In the lower town you have very easy access to the beach. As is often the case in Italy, the beach is partly private. But if you don't want to pay, you also have the option of offering yourself a free moment of relaxation.
Near the pretty Sperlonga, I advise you to visit the Villa of Tiberius ... Enchanting place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' la seconda volta che soggiorniamo da loro ed e' sempre un piacere.
I gestori sono carinissimi e disponibili oltre misura, la colazione vede prodotti confezionati e torte, marmellate e spremute realizzate direttamente in casa.
Le camere sono tutte nuove, spaziose, condizionate e pulite.
Disponibili gratuitamente le bici, con le quali si raggiunge il mare in qualche minuto, compresa la spiaggia libera.
La cittadina di Sperlonga e' a circa un chilometro.
Una grande scelta se pensate di trascorrere qualche giorno in zona.
It is the second time we have stayed with them and it is always a pleasure.
The managers are very cute and available beyond measure, the breakfast includes packaged products and cakes, jams and juices made directly at home.
The rooms are all new, spacious, air conditioned and clean.
Bikes are available free of charge, with which you can reach the sea in a few minutes, including the free beach.
The town of Sperlonga is about one kilometer away.
A great choice if you plan to spend a few days in the area.

It is a beautiful building with a beautiful backdrop but most beautiful of all are the owners who will do everything to make sure that you, the traveller, has a great time. This place is perfect if you want a location outside of the busy centres and you can walk to the town in 40 mins or use the free cycles, provided by the accommodation, to be at the centre in 20 mins. The air con is cool, the WiFi is fast, the breakfast is tasty. Make sure you speak to Valerie and Alex because their goal is to help, even if you think that you don't need it, they can add so much to your time in beautiful Sperlonga..

We has bikes offered to go to the beach snd in town. the breakfast was very rich and with a fantastic pane e pomodori from Valery! All very clean and well kept. We will go back. Negative: It is perfect if you like countriside locations..

The breakfast was fresh and house made, very tasty. Although the place is not in the city centre it is well worth to experience a bit of country side, tomato farms were all around. I would definitely return..
