Mai un dipendente di un'azienda a cui mi sono rivolto mi aveva riservato un trattamento simile. La colpa mia e di mio padre, che aveva avuto l'idea di condividere con me l'esperienza di acquistare vino sfuso in un posto in cui si reca da tempo, approfittando di una passeggiata ai Castelli romani? Volerne comprare tanto e aver dato al villano (ahimè, in senso negativo, estremamente negativo) cantiniere troppo lavoro da svolgere. Aver distolto la sua attenzione dai clienti che volevano acquistare vino in bottiglia, evidentemente tenuti in maggiore considerazione, facendoci sentire persone poco gradite, elementi di disturbo. E, cosa ancor più grave, aggressivo e di ineffabile scortesia quando, amareggiati e offesi, abbiamo avanzato le nostre rimostranze, biasimando con educazione il suo atteggiamento. Casale Vallechiesa, se mi è permesso, dovrebbe avere più cura nel reclutare il suo personale, soprattutto di chi si rapporta direttamente con il pubblico, con i clienti. Perché, come è normale che sia, quel dipendetene, per il pubblico, per i clienti, è l'Azienda stessa. A quiet October morning transformed into a mortifying experience. Casale Vallechiesa, if I am allowed, should take more care in recruiting its staff, especially those who deal directly with the public, with customers. Because, as is normal, what depends on it, for the public, for the customers, is the Company itself.

Difficile trovare vini come questo dove la cura si denota dall'etichetta fino ad arrivare al vino. Dopo la visita, un’ottima degustazione dei loro vini e di prodotti locali! Siamo rimasti colpiti dalla cura del Casale e dalla professionalità anche nei piccoli dettagli. I vini che abbiamo assaggiato sono stati una scoperta, prodotti veramente di qualità! Abbiamo comprato delle bottiglie di Malvasia Puntinata, ma sicuramente ne compreremo altre! Consigliatissimo, noi torneremo e acquisteremo ancora! The wines we tasted were a discovery, truly quality products! We bought some bottles of Malvasia Puntinata, but we will definitely buy more! Highly recommended, we will be back and buying again!
