The welcome that exceeds all expectations, Mrs Nina who took us on the tour of the vineyards and the cellar is very kind and she is also a professional who transmits her passion to her profession. β β β β β Tramite un amico ho avuto la fortuna di fare una degustazione qui qualche giorno fa. Oltre ad aver degustato vini di grande qualitΓ e finezza abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere guidati in cantina dal loro enologo,persona di grande competenza che ci ha illustrato ogni passaggio con chiarezza e simpatia. Altra grande fortuna Γ¨ stata poter assaggiare anche il loro trebbiano vinificato in anfora,una vera chicca. Ma Γ¨ stato il loro cabernet a stregarmi! Altra lode merita la proprietaria che ha organizzato tutto con cura ed eleganza. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci per poter degustare anche il loro metodo classico il prossimo anno!
Through a friend I was lucky enough to have a tasting here a few days ago. In addition to having tasted wines of great quality and finesse, we were lucky enough to be guided to the cellar by their oenologist, a person of great competence who illustrated each step with clarity and sympathy. Another great fortune was being able to taste their Trebbiano vinified in amphora, a real gem. But it was their cabernet that bewitched me! Another praise deserves the owner who organized everything with care and elegance. I can't wait to go back to be able to taste their classic method as well next year!

New on-the-scene in Frascati, Cantina Imperatori has reset the bar.
Passion distinctly prevails, and character clearly matters.
Each of the 5 wines we tasted was delicious in its own spectacular way. The deeply interesting βAmphoraβ wine, marked with an elegant red wax seal on the bottle, is unmissable to ponder. It was my favorite, but the competition was steep.
I recommend pairing the wines with the delicious local products proposed by the winery, or youβll kick yourself that you didnβt. Reserve in advance with Nina, a most gracious hostess, capable sommelier and winery tour guide who speaks fluent English.
The only negative is that this idyllic setting is hard to leave.

β β β β β We held a company event here and had an incredible time. From start to finish our entire time at the Cantina was delightful. It started with a tour of the grounds and facility. We were all very impressed with what we saw and heard. We then had a wine pairing with a mixture of meat, cheese, bread, and pasta. Everything was first rate, especially the wine and service.
