M	Milena Galindo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quiet and cozy. They have restaurant with good food, swimming pool, playground for kids and football area. For campers, they have shadow, all services and clean bathrooms.

We have visited this place twice already this year, although there are 4000 km back and forth. And I'm sure we will return there again. An authentic Italian experience in the top class, with exquisite food and exceptional service.

The free breakfast is good and the restaurant is nice for lunch or dinner if you don't want to explore the area but be sure to make a reservation for dinner. I chose this hotel partly for the pool, which didn't disappoint and was a great break from the sun. The only drawback is there is a caravan park attached to the hotel so it was a lot busier and more family/kids oriented than I was expecting/wanted.
P	Peer van Rooij on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 days we stayed on the campsite. Nice pitches, water, electrics and a place to do the dishwash on each pitch. The bee-eater birds are on the wires each morning! Nice swimming pool with relax beds. Fantastic restaurant with friendly staff.... we loved it, and it is the perfect base for exploring Montepulciano, Siena region... and: do not skip the Val d'orcia region! Thanks for a great holiday and the goodbye present!
A	Andrey Larin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I were extremely disappointed with the service. The service at the restaurant was absolutely ridiculous. We were told that dinner starts at 19:30 and finishes at 21:00. We have booked a table and arrived at 20:00. We were waiting for at least 10 minutes to be sited, even though we had a reservation. After we got sited we were waiting for half an hour to get drinks. An hour later and after a multiple reminders about us waiting to order food, our drinks got warm and our mood dropped dramatically. We have waited for another hour to get our food. By the way we were with two hungry children. Ironically pizza took the longest to be cooked, pizza usually takes a minute to be cooked, but not an hour. It was also “amusing” to find out that a restaurant in the middle of Italy serves salad with out olive oil, we were served plain salad leaves. We came here due to our amazing experience last time we were here. Last time we had individual service and had amazing real Italian food. This time we got served late and awful pizza. I reckon all of this shambolic service is due to the boss of this place deciding to open a caravan park. Due to this addition to the business plan of this business genius quality of food and service decreased massively. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has self respect.
