★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza meravigliosa. Il luogo rilassa e sembra fuori dal mondo. I gestori disponibili e meravigliosi, sembrava di esssere in famiglia, accolti con uova fresche e prodotti dell'orto. Cesto x la colazione e stanza comune con macchinette x caffè. Letti in cui si dorme bene. Pulizia. Qualche ragnetto e zanzara ... Ma siamo in campagna :-)
 Wonderful experience. The place relaxes and seems out of the world. The managers available and wonderful, seemed to be in the family, welcomed with fresh eggs and garden products. Breakfast basket and common room with coffee machine. Beds where you sleep well. Cleaning. Some spider and mosquito ... But we're in the country :-)

Les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse incroyable (et de surcroît parlent superbement le
Français) et sauront vous conseiller sur tout ce qu’il y a à faire.
Un endroit idéalement placé pour visiter les alentours (montepulciano, lac de Trasimène, etc.).
Nous avons passé 3 jours délicieux.
Nous recommandons vivement!
Magnificent place (architecture and nature), quiet, with all the necessary comfort.
The hosts are incredibly kind (and moreover speak superbly the
French) and will be able to advise you on everything there is to do.
An ideal place to visit the surroundings (Montepulciano, Lake Trasimeno, etc.).
We spent 3 delicious days.
We highly recommend!

Los dueños, ya mayores, te guían y te aconsejan sobre los lugares que visitar o donde ir a comer, como si fueras alguien de la familia, y hablan muchos idiomas.
Hay muchas cosas que ver alrededor y la gente es muy hospitalaria.
Te tiene que gustar la naturaleza, ya que está al lado de un pequeño bosque privado: te puedes encontrar con un sapo como con una araña. Pero si quieres relajarte y desconectar este es el sitio para ti. He conocido a un par de familias que repiten cada año.
Charming cottages, as quiet as you can wish for.
The owners, now older, guide and advise you on the places to visit or where to eat, as if you were someone from the family, and they speak many languages.
There are many things to see around and the people are very hospitable.
You have to like nature, as it is next to a small private forest: you can meet a toad like a spider. But if you want to relax and disconnect this is the place for you. I have met a couple of families who repeat every year.

Anna e Giorgio sono simpaticissimi, con un cuore grande, tanto attenti ai dettagli. e sanno metterti a tuo agio subito. Bello tutto! Tanta pace e armonia
The place is wonderful, every corner of the house offers an unexpected panorama: among all, the view of the lake dominated by the Montepulciano hill!
Anna and Giorgio are very nice, with a big heart, very attentive to details. and they know how to put you at ease right away. Beautiful everything! So much peace and harmony

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to relax and enjoy the easy life and the great surrounding eateries. Do listed to Anna and Giorgio's suggestions as they know good food :) only negative comment is the fact that insect screens were faulty and shower head had water leaking from its pipe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a quiet and beautiful place on the border between tuscany and umbria! The hosts are very nice and welcoming. We immediately felt like at home. In the night you can see glowworms and in the morning the birds give a concert. Highly recommended.
