L' azienda agricola è a carattere familiare. Coltiva l'aglione e derivati come il fiore di aglione. Costa €25 al chilo noi con €10 abbiamo preso due teste di aglione. Ora non rimane che seguire la ricetta che loro stessi si regalano i pici all'aglione.
I was looking for the typical Tuscan product to make pici all'aglione. we searched around Chianciano and found this farm 15 minutes by car. The farm is a family business. Grow garlic and derivatives such as garlic flower. It costs € 25 per kilo and with € 10 we took two heads of aglione.
