T	Tommaso Somma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace per mia madre che è stata all'interno di questa struttura nel periodo Covid ed è proprio in questo periodo che questa struttura ha dato il massimo di se stessa per dimostrare l'incapacità di gestire gli anziani ivi residenti , specie nella sua dipartita dove è stata evidenziata la totale non gestione specie sotto l'aspetto sanitario. Non mi dilungo, chi sa , sa di cosa parlo! I am sorry for my mother who was inside this structure during the Covid period and it is precisely in this period that this structure has given the best of itself to demonstrate the inability to manage the elderly residents there, especially in her departure where total non-management was highlighted, especially from the health aspect. Ringrazio veramente tutti di cuore. Siete degli angeli. ospedali e strutture manca. Ora non sono in grado di gestirmi e quindi sono stata trasportata in questa struttura fin quando sarò in grado di provvedere a me in quanto vivo sola. Ho avuto bisogno di ricoverare mia madre (97 anni non autosufficiente) per tre mesi da luglio a settembre 2021 in questa struttura e ne sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta e contenta. Mamma e sempre stata curata con la massima attenzione e professionalità. Il personale è sempre gentile disponibile e professionale. Se mia madre non poteva rispondere al cellulare chiamavo la struttura d erano sempre immediatamente disponibili a passarmela e farmi parlare con Lei. Il servizio di attività ludica mi ha inviato anche le fotografie delle attività quotidiane ricreative a cui partecipava mamma. Ogni volta che ho chiesto di parlare col medico mi hanno sempre richiamato puntualmente e il medico mi ha informato sullo stato della sua salute. La facevano camminare col deambulatore e hanno cercato di mantenerla attiva quanto piu possibile hanno potuto. Sono stata puntualmente informata se si presentava una criticità sullo stato di salute di mamma. Veramente tutti bravi e attenti e a tutto lo staff annoi miei ringraziamenti a partire dal Sig. Daniele capo coordinatore alla segretaria tutto fare Sig.ra Lorena alla Sig.ra Viola capo Oss dolcissima alla Sig.ra Roberta Capo infermieristica e alla Dr.sa Lancellotti. Consiglio questa struttura senza ombra di dubbio. More than positive experience. I needed to hospitalize my mother (97 years not self-sufficient) for three months from July to September 2021 in this facility and I was extremely satisfied and happy with it. Mom has always been treated with the utmost attention and professionalism. The staff are always friendly helpful and professional. If my mother could not answer her cell phone, I called the facility and they were always immediately available to pass it to me and let me speak to you. The recreational activity service also sent me photographs of the daily recreational activities in which my mother participated. Whenever I asked to speak to the doctor, they always called me back on time and the doctor informed me of the state of his health. They made her walk with a walker and tried to keep her active as much as possible. I was promptly informed if there was a criticality regarding the state of health of the mother. Really all good and attentive and to all the staff I bore my thanks starting from Mr. Daniele head coordinator to the secretary everything do Mrs. Lorena to Mrs. Viola boss Oss very sweet to Mrs. Roberta Head of nursing and Dr. Lancellotti.
