L	Luca Caleffi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema al blocca sterzo il preventivo era 160 € al massimo, l'intervento era ben definito smontare la copertura sotto il volante e sostituire il blocchetto dello sterzo. Ne ho spesi 260 € la loro giustificazione: abbiamo dovuto tagliare il blocchetto perché non riuscivamo a sfilare la serratura; il blocchetto è stato tagliato con il flessibile operazione che si fà in 3 minuti a dire molto, 100 € di manodopera per qualche minuto di lavoro direi che sono ben persi, NO? Oltretutto il nuovo blocchetto ora fà molta resistenza si fatica a girare la chiave, il tecnico dell'officina dice che essendo nuovo è normale, io dico di NO perchè NON è vero che nelle auto nuove tu debba avere la sensazione di spezzare la chiave per metterla in posizione di estrazione e toglierla. Quindi forse andava un minimo lubrificato con grasso ... ma evidentemente non hanno avuto il tempo di farlo. Cara officina RG forse confidate troppo sull'incapacità delle persone di capire le problematiche tecniche sulle quali intervenite, peccato, perché da possessore di tre VW non mi ero mai rivolto a voi e l'ho fatto per questa problematica con una fiducia che non è stata ricambiata. Clean and tidy workshop, very friendly staff available for any emergency even at 7pm and beyond. They leave nothing to chance.

Alcuni volte mi facevano ritirare l'auto senza pagare un soldo perché la riparazione è durata troppo poco. Ho dovuto acquistare un volkswagen solo perché mi trovavo bene con RG. Bravi ragazzi. They have professionalism to envy. As far as the fare is concerned, they cost slightly more but they are very fair. Sometimes they made me pick up the car without paying a penny because the repair took too little time. I only had to buy a Volkswagen because I was comfortable with RG. Good guys.
