Classico personaggio che se ne approfitta delle emergenze. Vergognoso e non merita neppure una stella!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati soccorsi domenica 18 luglio dal signor Mirco in quanto abbiamo forato in autostrada.Il suo lavoro è stato professionale e veloce , ci ha rassicurato e abbiamo potuto proseguire il nostro lungo viaggio per le ferie.Ci ha offerto il caffè e i miei genitori hanno potuto usare il bagno.
Lo ringrazio ancora perché grazie alla sua assistenza siamo potuti arrivare a destinazione in tarda serata.
We were rescued on Sunday 18 July by Mr. Mirco as we had a puncture on the motorway.His work was professional and fast, he reassured us and we were able to continue our long journey for the holidays.He offered us coffee and my parents were able to use the bathroom.
I thank him again because thanks to his assistance we were able to arrive at our destination late in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un sabato pomeriggio da dimenticare, chiavi nel baule dell'auto, che si chiude comunque, chiavi di casa in auto. Tutto si dipana ed incastra nel peggiore dei modi. Poi grazie a varie conoscenze arriviamo a Mirco e al servizio della Viani Motors. Ci ha supportato con professionalità, calma e con qualche battuta per dissipare la tensione ed il nervoso del momento (più di 3 ore di agonia). Ha cercato di trovare tutte le soluzioni possibili, chiedendo aiuto anche ad altri professionisti, prima di arrivare alle misure forti. Grazie Mirco.

Siamo rimasti di domenica con una gomma scoppiata in A1 vicino Modena.
Chiamato il soccorso stradale della nostra assicurazione..che ci volevano portare in un deposito .. meno male che un nostro amico di Modena mi ha consigliato di chiamare il soccorso stradale Viani , così ci siamo fatti portare la macchina alla sua officina dove in meno di un ora ci ha montato 2 gomme .di domenica e praticamente impossibile trovare qualcuno!!
Ed è pure a prezzi più che onesti.

We stayed on Sunday with a broken tire in A1 near Modena.
Called the breakdown service from our insurance company .. who wanted to take us to a depot .. Luckily a friend of ours from Modena advised me to call Viani breakdown assistance, so we had the car taken to his workshop where in less than an hour he mounted 2 tires on Sunday and practically impossible to find anyone !!
And it is also at more than fair prices.
