★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono recato più volte per la manutenzione della mia Ford,
le prime volte tutto è andato bene, poi hanno cominciato a
cambiarmi le pastiglie dei freni avanti e dietro senza preavviso
con costi esorbitanti. Alle mie rimostranze davano giustificazioni
poco credibili. Faccio il rappresentante da una vita con tanta autostrada
e riconosco quando le pastiglie sono usurate, prenderanno in giro
qualcun altro da ora in poi.
I went several times for the maintenance of my Ford,
the first few times everything went well, then they started to
change my brake pads back and forth without warning
with exorbitant costs. My complaints were justified
not credible. I'm the representative of a life with so much highway
and I recognize when the pads are worn, they will tease
someone else from now on.

Ho apprezzato molto l'avermi chiesto autorizzazione a procedere telefonicamente prima di un intervento un po' oneroso ed al ritiro vettura tutta la spiegazione dell'intervento con relativa dimostrazione dei pezzi sostituiti. Pienamente soddisfatto.
Staff very kind, helpful and very competent. I really appreciated having asked for authorization to proceed by telephone before a somewhat onerous intervention and at the car withdrawal all the explanation of the intervention with relative demonstration of the replaced parts. Fully satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco qualificato, soprattutto il titolare. Officina sporca . Prezzi alti. Front desk inesistente. Mi hanno rotto un filtro dell'aria durante un tagliando in garanzia, me lo hanno riparato con delle fascette e del polistirolo e mi hanno detto che era stato un ritorno di fiamma causato da benzina vecchia. Un'altra officina Ford mi ha detto che era impossibile e mi ha fatto vedere il danno. Quando ho parlato con loro il titolare Melloni ha negato ed era estremamente menefreghista. Personalmente non ci andrò mai piu, perchè penso non siano onesti e seri. I prezzi dei tagliandi sono a mio avviso alti.
Unskilled personnel, especially the owner. Dirty workshop. High prices. Non-existent front desk. They broke an air filter during a warranty coupon, they fixed it with cable ties and polystyrene and they told me it was a flashback caused by old petrol. Another Ford workshop told me it was impossible and showed me the damage. When I spoke to them the owner Melloni denied and was extremely untrustworthy. Personally I will never go there again, because I think they are not honest and serious. The prices of the coupons are, in my opinion, high.
