E loro hanno dato il massimo per tenere gli ospiti al sicuro!e ce l'anno fatta. Stanze pulite,sala accogliente con sempre qualcosa da fare (grazie Sally) mamma accudita al meglio, addetti dal primo all'ultimo sempre sorridenti e disponibili.. Che dire.. ?.. Il top!!! Grazie a tutti
Villa Anna is a quiet place in the countryside., .Family, My mom was there for a year and a half! This last period has been complicated for everyone! And they went out of their way to keep the guests safe! And they did it. Clean rooms, cozy room with always something to do (thanks Sally) mom looked after at best, employees from first to last always smiling and available .. What can I say .. ? .. The top !!! Thank you all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono estremamente stupito dalle recensioni positive di questo posto, ingiustificatamente costoso e dotata di una (dis)organizzazione farraginosa e confusionaria a livello amministrativo.
Tuttavia, la parte peggiore viene nella gestione degli anziani: promettono contatti frequenti ma, se non sei tu a tampinarli, non vieni messo al corrente di nulla; scarsa prevenzione per proteggere gli anziani dall'attuale pandemia e totalmente assente la cura e l'attenzione verso i suoi utenti, nel momento in cui questi presentano malori.
Mia nonna è entrata in questa struttura (costosissima) ed in meno di una settimana si è presa il COVID da un focolaio interno (di cui ci hanno messo al corrente con giorni di ritardo, sotto le nostre pressioni per fare un visita). La sua successiva malattia è stata volontariamente ignorata e classificata come "nulla" (solo perchè mia nonna non era una di quelle che si lamenta troppo), finchè non è diventata grave ed è stata trasportata in urgenza all'ospedale dove, nonostante l'eccezionali lavoro dei medici, è venuta meno.
Fate un favore ai vostri cari ed ai vostri portafogli: evitate questo posto come la Peste.
I am extremely amazed by the positive reviews of this place, unjustifiably expensive and with a cumbersome and confusing administrative (dis) organization.
However, the worst part comes in the management of the elderly: they promise frequent contacts but, if you are not the one to buffer them, you are not informed of anything; scarce prevention to protect the elderly from the current pandemic and totally absent care and attention to its users, when they are ill.
My grandmother entered this (very expensive) facility and in less than a week she caught COVID from an internal outbreak (which they made us aware of days late, under our pressure to pay a visit). Her subsequent illness was voluntarily ignored and classified as "nothing" (only because my grandmother was not one of those who complain too much), until it became serious and was rushed to the hospital where, despite the exceptional work of doctors, has failed.
Do your loved ones and your wallets a favor: avoid this place like the Plague.
