★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la fortuna di ricevere un'assistenza esemplare sia dal punto di vista umano che personale: mia nonna e' stata curata con amore dedizione, tenerezza, affetto e cure da un'OSS veramente esemplare, unica e professionalissima nel suo lavoro: una donna del sud, un po' in carne e nuova del settore. Credo si chiami Elena, Eleonora. Grazie a lei, mia nonna ha trovato la serenità e le cure delle quali avrebbe sempre avuto bisogno. Mai altra persona e' stata altrettanto capace di donare tutto questo. EFFICIENZA, RAPIDITA', PUNTALITA'...Raccomando questa struttura a tutti coloro i quali hanno un parente in difficoltà.
I was lucky enough to receive exemplary assistance both from a human and personal point of view: my grandmother was treated with love, dedication, tenderness, affection and care by a truly exemplary OSS, unique and very professional in her work: a woman from the south, a bit chubby and new to the industry. I think her name is Elena, Eleonora. Thanks to her, my grandmother found the serenity and care she would always need. Never has another person been so capable of giving all this. EFFICIENCY, SPEED, PUNCTALITY ... I recommend this structure to all those who have a relative in difficulty.
