È un locale che frequento da molti anni e a mio avviso ci si può trovare la migliore pizza gluten free di Modena. Comunque noto che anche i non celiaci apprezzano. Good gluten-free pizza and always well seasoned. The place is quiet and the managers are kind and friendly. It is a place that I have frequented for many years and in my opinion you can find the best gluten free pizza in Modena. However, I note that even non-celiacs appreciate it.

Ci vado ormai da anni e rimane sempre la mia preferita. Ci sono pochi tavoli ma si può mangiare anche all'aperto It's one of the best gluten-free pizzas in the area, very fair prices, 2 € more for gluten-free I would say it's not much since some places have asked me for 5 !! I've been going there for years now and it always remains my favorite. There are few tables but you can also eat outdoors

Su 4 pizze ordinate, ne arriva una con il prosciutto cotto acido, immangiabile. Chiamo in pizzeria per denunciare la cosa, tra l'altro specificando che le altre tre pizze andavano benissimo e chiedendo gentilmente di capire cosa era successo, ma mi sento dire che per loro non c'è nessun problema,il prosciutto è buono. Insisto che il prosciutto sulla pizza che mi è stata recapitata è acido e che quindi io non posso mangiare la pizza. Mi rispondono testualmente "cosa vuoi da me?", ed io "che almeno mi porti un'altra pizza!". La risposta è che per loro il problema non esiste e quindi non mi portano nulla! Mai più ? In risposta alla replica del proprietario voglio chiarire che mi è stato detto che la pizzeria non dispone di propri rider, ma non mi è stato MAI proposto una nuova pizza da asporto. Mi dispiace leggere cose non vere!!! Average pizza, poor service, delivery time almost never respected. Out of 4 pizzas ordered, one arrives with sour cooked ham, inedible. I call the pizzeria to report the matter, among other things specifying that the other three pizzas were fine and kindly asking to understand what had happened, but I am told that for them there is no problem, the ham is good. I insist that the ham on the pizza that was delivered to me is acidic and therefore I cannot eat the pizza. They answer me verbatim "what do you want from me?", And I "at least bring me another pizza!". The answer is that for them the problem does not exist and therefore they do not bring me anything! Never again ? In response to the owner's reply I want to clarify that I have been told that the pizzeria does not have its own riders, but I have NEVER been offered a new take-away pizza. I'm sorry to read things that are not true !!!

La pizzeria Arissa locale certificato AIC è un posto informale ma dove si mangia una pizza Buonissima personale attento e preparato che conosce bene e sa gestire il cliente celiaco. Dolci di produzione propria ottimi. Se vi trovate a passare da Modena .... da provare sicuramente I was in Modena over the Easter weekend. The local AIC certified pizzeria Arissa is an informal place but where you can eat a pizza Very good attentive and prepared staff who know well and know how to manage the celiac customer. Excellent homemade desserts. If you find yourself passing by Modena .... definitely try it

An amazing find for those with Celiac...but the pizza was delicious in its own right. They do excellent non- GF pizza, but overall it is fantastic..
