β β β β β Really, really good Neapolitan pizza with lots of choices - some that I haven't seen anywhere else. For the adventurous type, try the pizza with ricotta and lemon slices - it's really good, if you fancy a dish that's neither a main course, nor a desert.

β β β β β Undoubtedly one of the best Pizzeria in Modena and likely Emilia-Romagna. It is located a bit outside the city center and it is not very easy to find a parking spot (if you are by car), but the effort is totally worth it. They specialize in "Neapolitan style" pizza, my personal favorite. Believe me: if it is not the exactly of the same quality you find in Naples itself, the pizza at Pizzeria del Viale 2.0 is as close as you can get outside Campania. You MUST try the classics (such as margherita) and the pizza fritta. They also offer special pizzas with fine ingredients and interesting combinations. Desserts are quite tasty too! The staff is extremely nice and friendly. As an expat Italian, every time I come back home I never miss the chance to stop by this place and have a proper pizza. Do yourself a big favor and have a meal here!
