★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota negativa per la vostra attività dovuta alla mancanza di organizzazione e alla poca chiarezza delle informazioni fornite ai clienti.
Chiamati più e più volte a numeri di telefono da voi forniti nei vari siti di annunci senza avere risposta. Quelle rare volte che abbiamo avuto l'onore di parlare con voi ci sono state date informazione vaghe e poco chiare. Visitiamo un appartamento, convinti dell' acquisto, chiamiamo il giorno successivo per dare la conferma e a questo punto andare alla fase successiva della proposta. Non ci siamo arrivati perché non siamo stati minimamente considerati.
Io e la mia compagna lavoriamo nel commerciale e a stretto contatto con il cliente da molto tempo e se dovessimo lavorare come fate voi chiuderemmo nel giro di due mesi. Non è la nostra prima esperienza con un agenzia immobiliari ma nessuna si è comportata come voi quindi, consiglio personale, riguarderei un po' la vostra organizzazione e/o i vostri collaboratori.

My partner and I have been working in the commercial and in close contact with the customer for a long time and if we were to work as you do we would close in two months. It is not our first experience with a real estate agency but none behaved like you so, personal advice, I would look a little at your organization and / or your employees.
