★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevamo costruire una villetta unifamiliare a Castelnuovo del Garda (VR) e ci siamo rivolti a Mac Costruzioni perché hanno una grande esperienza nel realizzare Passivhaus ed offrono un servizio completo “chiavi in mano”.
Il team di Mac ha realizzato un bellissimo progetto su misura per noi, personalizzato secondo le nostre esigenze e mettendo in chiaro ogni aspetto, dal costo ai tempi di realizzazione.
Siamo felicissimi della nostra scelta: abbiamo una casa bella e comodissima, con temperatura e umidità perfette in ogni stagione, con aria pulita e filtrata da respirare ed assenza totale di muffa. Viverci è proprio bellissimo! Le spese per riscaldamento e raffrescamento poi sono praticamente azzerate e non ci sembra vero.
La differenza con la nostra casa precedente e rispetto alle altre case nuove costruite attorno alla nostra, è grandissima. Ora che abbiamo provato il comfort di una Passivhaus non torniamo più indietro. Inoltre io credo che la mia casa avrà un valore di mercato più alto nel tempo, rispetto alle altre case, anche in classe A4, che vedo in paese e che rispetto alla mia mi sembrano già vecchie e tecnologicamente superate.
Sia il progetto che la fase di realizzazione sono andati davvero molto bene, grazie al controllo costante e meticoloso di Claudio e Marco, al rispetto dei tempi previsti ed all’ordine e pulizia del cantiere che, come dice mia moglie, sembrava un salotto!
Consiglio a tutti una casa Passiva realizzata da Mac e un grande grazie a Claudio e Marco per la loro professionalità e disponibilità!
We wanted to build a single-family house in Castelnuovo del Garda (VR) and we turned to Mac Costruzioni because they have a great experience in building Passivhaus and offer a complete "turnkey" service.
The Mac team has created a beautiful project tailored for us, customized according to our needs and making every aspect clear, from the cost to the time of realization.
We are very happy with our choice: we have a beautiful and comfortable house, with perfect temperature and humidity in every season, with clean and filtered air to breathe and total absence of mold. Living there is just beautiful! The costs for heating and cooling are then practically zero and it does not seem true to us.
The difference with our previous house and compared to the other new houses built around ours is huge. Now that we have experienced the comfort of a Passivhaus we never go back. Furthermore, I believe that my house will have a higher market value over time, compared to other houses, even in class A4, which I see in the town and which, compared to mine, already seem old and technologically outdated.
Both the project and the construction phase went really well, thanks to the constant and meticulous control of Claudio and Marco, the respect of the deadlines and the order and cleanliness of the construction site which, as my wife says, looked like a living room!
I recommend everyone a Passive house made by Mac and a big thank you to Claudio and Marco for their professionalism and availability!
