★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A maggio abbiamo ricoverato mia mamma con diverse patologie, avevamo bisogno di una struttura che garantisse un'assistenza infermieristica h24. Purtroppo dopo poco meno di un mese è mancata, ma ci ha consolato il fatto che sia stata assistita fino alla fine con grande umanità, cosa importante essendo mamma una persona che con le facoltà intellettive era ancora molto valida.
Mia madre non aveva un buon carattere, era molto critica sempre su tutto e tutti, pertanto quando dopo due giorni ci disse che si trovava bene soprattutto per il personale gentile, disponibile e sorridente, non ci è parso vero.
Ecco, una caratteristica di Villa Vittorio è il sorriso sempre presente sul viso del personale e la gentilezza, oltre la professionalità di altissimo livello.
Anche il medico di riferimento è stata sempre disponibile e professionalmente ineccepibile.
Un ringraziamento inoltre è dovuto alla proprietà, la cui corretteza oltre che gentilezza ci ha veramente colpito.
Ancora grazie di cuore!
In May we hospitalized my mother with various pathologies, we needed a structure that would guarantee 24-hour nursing care. Unfortunately after a little less than a month she passed away, but it consoled us that she was assisted to the end with great humanity, an important thing being a mother who was still a very good person with intellectual faculties.
My mother did not have a good character, she was always very critical of everything and everyone, therefore when after two days she told us that she was doing well especially for the kind, helpful and smiling staff, it didn't seem true.
Here, a feature of Villa Vittorio is the smile always present on the face of the staff and the kindness, beyond the professionalism of the highest level.
Even the referring doctor has always been available and professionally flawless.
Thanks also to the property, whose correctness as well as kindness really impressed us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato mia nonna, I responsabili della struttura si sono dimostrati sin da subito accoglienti e professionali, gli operatori sono molto amorevoli e si respira una grande umanità, nonostante le nostre perplessità nel portare nonna in una casa di riposo ci siamo davvero ricreduti e trovati bene.
