★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conoscere persone con tanta disponibilità e professionalità in questo sistema di vita non sempre è facile ma quando le incontri non puoi fare a meno di provare infinita gratitudine e questo è ciò che esprimo per la signora M.Rosa Cassini .
In questi mesi è sempre stata disponibile anche a lunghe telefonate di supporto e di coordinamento per la giusta collocazione di mia madre in residenza , e ciò che.mi ha stupita è che il nostro incontro telefonico avvenne nel mese di agosto e benché Lei era in ferie si è resa disponibile sempre e con grande calore umano mi ha sostenuta ed aiutata nella mia ricerca facendomi da ponte con le strutture.
Infiniti ringraziamenti per Lei per come rende il suo lavoro una missione.

Getting to know people with a lot of availability and professionalism in this way of life is not always easy but when you meet them you cannot help but feel infinite gratitude and this is what I express for Mrs. M. Rosa Cassini.
In recent months she has also always been available for long support and coordination telephone calls for the right placement of my mother in residence, and what amazed me is that our telephone meeting took place in August and although she was on vacation she always made herself available and with great human warmth she supported and helped me in my research by bridging me with the structures.
