β β β β β Un'ora di fila per duplicare una chiave. GiΓ mi ero recata qualche giorno prima per duplicarla ma mi avevano chiesto una tessera. Oggi torno con la tessera e dopo un'ora di fila al freddo mi accolgono con una risatina dicendo :" Ma lei sa leggere? " Ovviamente solito sessismo in un ambiente di uomini dove si approfittano del fatto che loro sono ignoranti ma hanno imparato due stupide cosette sulle chiavi.. Mai piΓΉ riandro' in questa ferramenta, personale scortese e maschilista oltre che lento come delle lumache.
 One hour in a row to duplicate a key. I had already gone a few days before to duplicate it but they asked me for a card. Today I come back with the card and after an hour in a row in the cold they welcome me with a chuckle saying: "But do you know how to read?" Obviously the usual sexism in an environment of men where they take advantage of the fact that they are ignorant but have learned two stupid little things about the keys .. Never again will I go back to this hardware store, rude and macho staff as well as slow as snails.

Well stocked hardware but painfully slow service. Absurd times to be served at the counter (about an hour on average).
