Bad I went 2 times for a quote not even they deigned to call back as they had said to give the requested information, not very prepared on the subject very careless let alone a waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono passati 11 giorni e 3 telefonate da quando mi sono recata in negozio per un preventivo, ma ancora niente.. è sempre in lavorazione.. e la mia era una richiesta semplice: zanzariere e una sola tenda a pacchetto.. già con le misure prese.
Poco professionali, mi avevano garantito una risposta in 4/5 giorni.
Rettifica: Richiesta preventivo 9 febbraio, risposta via mail 22 febbraio .. nel frattempo ho già istallato le zanzariere con un'altra ditta.
It's been 11 days and 3 phone calls since I went to the store for a quote, but still nothing .. it's always working .. and mine was a simple request: mosquito nets and a single package curtain .. already with the measures taken.
Unprofessional, they gave me an answer in 4/5 days.
Correction: Request for an estimate February 9th, reply via email February 22nd .. in the meantime I have already installed the screens with another company.
